"Since working for this company the turnover rate seems to be very high. It is a good place to work because you meet a lot of different people but the only drawback is that at times they will screw you over to make a buck or make their self look good."

"I've worked with Harte-Hanks since December and have noticed that as time progresses, they gradually restrict the ability of our engineers on the Office 365 account to effectively work and provide solutions for issues we work. This is extremely irritating and cumbersome to work with and around in order to provide support in a timely fashion.Management is resistant to discussion or attempts to work to a better solution in order for HH to maintain its goals and allow staff to do their jobs."

"Honest and forthright"

What do you like about working at Harte-Hanks?

"Constant challenges"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you ask about formal training program because through the smoke and mirrors you won't find it. Most of the folks are really decent hard working people, underpaid, and sometimes really over worked, but that's not the issue. Too many Vice Presidents (especially sales) that only really care about lining their pockets. There's no incentive for them to gather new customers only maintain existing ones, despite what senior management says in press releases, this company is very short sighted. Even with some of the amazing technology they've developed."

What don't you like about working at Harte-Hanks?

"Superiors never gave any support and left you hang out to dry, heaven forbid you make a mistake. No performance review in 8 years due to a lazy supervisor. Bonus was cut without telling me, I was transferred to another supervisor for almost a year and was never told, only found out after I asked"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop managers... there are none in this company, only a thousand VP's that are only interested in making the President's Club rather than day to day issues of their employees. There is and never has been any kind of development or training program in this company, if you want another opportunity you'd better speak up and kiss someone's behind because that's the only way you'll get it."
