"We are currently working at a remote office. We feel ourselves are not the main resource in the company. Especially when the DoD budget is cut."

"If they still thinking San Diego office is valuable resource we should be treated as the groups in headquarters."

"I enjoyed flexible working schedules, including the 9/80 work schedule. The people were a pleasure to work with."

"Be careful about Harris trying to sell the Melbourne area."

"Virtually no merit-based rewards. Promotions, raises, bonuses, and advancements were very few and far between."

"More merit-based bonuses and recognition would go a long way in retaining employees."
