"Loved it there and even did a long commute to get to my job for the environment and the team members. If it weren't for the budget cut, I would still be there. "The company is a huge fortune 500 and should allow more flexibility for cross training."

"Advancement appears to be tiered to tenure and not necessarily success in the position."

"Provide more opportunities for advancement to junior staff that have a track record of performance."

"Had they asked I would have suggested they sell the division to another US based company."
