"I worked there 14 years and the company supported the work in my group. They attempted to create a teamwork atmosphere across all groups. The biggest weakness in my opinion was their attempt to be inclusive based on gender, race, ethnicity, etc. In this effort people were placed in positions they were not capable of handling. Some managers/ supervisors were promoted beyond their capabilities."

Things were good at the beginning, as the PSL had a good vice president. He cared for the product and people. Last few years "Halliburton" guys took the fun out of it.
