"I worked there 14 years and the company supported the work in my group. They attempted to create a teamwork atmosphere across all groups. The biggest weakness in my opinion was their attempt to be inclusive based on gender, race, ethnicity, etc. In this effort people were placed in positions they were not capable of handling. Some managers/ supervisors were promoted beyond their capabilities."

My supervisors pushed me to succeed but made sure I was not overworked either. Learning and advancement was readily available and always paid for by the company. Compensation is fair (not the highest paid), but the benefits are incredible (health insurance, 401k, dental, etc)."
