"The manager wouldn't allow you to come up with your own weekly plan for situatuions that might have been more fun for the volunteers if weather hazardous situations arose."

"I wouldn't because it's generally for volunteers so you don't usually go through an interview process."

"I greatly disliked the people I was working with. Some of them were former criminals and they all lacked any real ambition or substance."

"I would make things more organized, and make the work environment more positive. I would also have meetings to discuss innovative new ideas."

"No one is on the same team. Everyone just works on their own thing; it's lonely. There is no company vision/teamwork."
