"Don't believe what the Executive Director tells you about the operations end of the company he has no clue. Best bet is to ask someone who works in operations."

"The Executive Director is a very egotistical person who, if he doesn't agree with you makes your life tough. Furthermore he hires people without doing background checks. People who have little or no math skills to manage the re-store. People who have been let go from previous jobs because of their lack of math."

"Do background checks on employees, Don't just hire because you have known the person for a long time. finally, if you don't understand something, don't avoid it, ask for help in understanding it or attend a class or two."
