"Management was either non existant or quick to blame. Very little interdepartment support and little ability to manage projects and keep focused on them. Many of the managers/directors have a PHd in back stabbing. All the managers and directors are sailing on individual missions"

"Outside of the research division, wipe the slate clean and replace all directors and vice presidents."
