"I worked for G by Guess for about a month before I decided to call it quits. My coworkers and bosses were great people but the management itself wasn’t at all organized. They wouldn’t put at least 2 people on schedule like they were supposed to, they’d leave us really understaffed. To me it was really unprofessional."

"RUN AWAY ASAP! Be prepared for favoritism and a lot of bossing around from bimbos."

What don't you like about working at GUESS?

"The managers get good hours and the associates have none, it's like we fight over 15hours a week! Managers hire sooo many people they don't need so they can get more money in THEIR paychecks. SO CORRUPT, do not waste your time at this place."

"Treat everyone equal, keep store and employees organized and well informed."

"not enough hours, too competitive, managers lacked organization and very careless about training the sales associates"
