"I never got job reviews so there didnt seem to be any chance of advancement."

"The hiring process is very lengthy prior to starting work and that was unique to this company. The in depth process did not seem to acquire better guards than other companies."

"To have more jobs or more account for new employee"

"I enjoyed the other Security Officers. We all worked great together and keep one another informed on changing regulations for the post."

"I did not like how they treated their Captians and I also did not like how the bend their regulations and riles to benefit themselves."

"Upper Management needs to be up with the Program. I worked there for at least 6 months and the Account Manager did not even know who I was when he visited the post."

"The benefits are minimal and terribly expensive."

"Listen to your employee suggestions. They have a lot of insight to provide."

"The owner of the company micromanages to an unhealthy degree even in personal lives without understanding what is truly needed to compete in the business or in hiring practices."
