"Try to find something else, the interview process is this: If you are a warm body, can get to work and look like you are alive then you are hired."

"The lack of respect and overall care from senior management, no benefits, they do not believe in direct deposit unless you are senior management, senior management has benefits but not the security officers that are at the sites."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start caring about the security officers, we are not bodies to fill slots."

"It was a very laid back but fun on the basis of the people I worked along with. And a very independent type of working day that I really enjoyed."

"Inform them that you will be able to work independently and still get the job done."

"Towards the end of my employment I realized that some of the people their were into gossip and drama. But thats everywhere I guess."

"Create a more positive atmosphere amongst employees."

"I loved working with the officers as a team. Working in an entertainment indutry such as XM-Sattilte Radio was wonderful, yet professional. Working with payroll, schedules, meeting with other departments. Making sure the client was happy as well."

"I enjoyed working with Gaurdsmark, so I really cannot find anything I did not like."

"Keep up the good work"
