"When you interview be prepared to be honest about your history and dont leave anything out."

What don't you like about working at Guardsmark?

"I never got job reviews so there didnt seem to be any chance of advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The hiring process is very lengthy prior to starting work and that was unique to this company. The in depth process did not seem to acquire better guards than other companies."
