"not many opportunities for growth, there have been no raises for the last 5 years but insurance premiums and retirement have become more expensive so for the last 5 years we have made less and less money"

"Be clean and willing to accept criticism. A lot of people didn't last because they didn't take criticism well."

"Due to the fact that it was catering, there wasn't a set schedule. We would only work when events would be scheduled and that lack of organization could be a bit frustrating."

"I feel that even though there aren't set event schedules they could have more than one set of workers to be able to work the different types of events."
"I worked as a teaching assistant for the IS department in the college of IT from 2012 to 2014. I found it a pleasant enough experience. The professors I worked with were lovely and it seemed to be a much better college job than working at a pizza place."

"I like the low stress environment because I came from a high stress environment and it was nice change."

"It has been 5 years since there have been raises. When you negotiate a salary do not settle because it will not change for a while. Also, employees tend to stick it out here so new positions are few and far between."

"I do not like that my boss is extremely close minded and hates change and has groomed the other employees around the office to be the same way."

"I would present my employees more opportunities to excel and creatively apply technology. I feel like we could do better for our clients and that we do not exceed expectations."
"Georgia Southern tries to assist their IT professionals with the necessary tools. The establishment falls short because of lack of training, advancement, and self entitlement. There are a lot of communication issues across IT teams and projects take entirely too long to complete."
