"I've been with the company a year. It's a good company in the sense that they really do care about their employees and have good benefits. The people are great. Downside They run this agency like a mom-and-pop shop. Very short sighted. Very disorganized. Lots of old dogs that don't want to learn new tricks. They are woefully behind in their digital offerings and they refuse to embrace the digital culture. A terrible environment for creative or technical people."
