"It is the most professional environment but with a lax attitude. Jeans on Mondays and Fridays - the company is more concerned with getting projects completed and less concerned about a strict business aura. The laid back environment provides a low stress workplace making work more meaningful and less contrived."

What don't you like about working at Greystar?
"The only thing I can think of would be the promotion process. There is a lot of room to grow, but it is difficult to know where to go, unless you set a path for yourself. All the management and directors are more than willing to help you get to where you want to be, you only need to know where you want to be."
