"What used to be a great company has become increasingly less so. The basic reporting platform for client deliverables doesn't work well and most people have to work 50-60 hours a week to compensate, more for client associates. Management has increasingly taken a non-collaborative, top-down approach and employs fear and bullying as the primary motivational techniques in several departments. There are still teams with good niches to work in (primarily customs), but morale is low and uncertainty high. Stealth layoffs occur more and more often and a re-org is in progress. The company in late 2014 is building a new reporting platform and hopes to do more with less (people), so opportunities in non-technical positions are probably best for long-term opportunities."
