"Find a place that is going to be open! I am selling the place and the new owners will reopen as another concept."

"Hours...Lots & lots of hours!! 90 + per week, not a day off in 3 years, time to move on."

"Can't really answer this one, as I am running the show. I guess I would have to say to do it again, raise more intial capital and open a larger place."

"The benefit and growth was/is not there. I never had a day off, and the cost of expanding was too great in terms of cost/benefit"
