"There is a lack of organization, support, and procedures at such a new company. There are no benefits working for a temporary agency. There is a lack of mobility working for such a small company."

"Hire an internal HR advisor or have a consultant on retainer because there are numerous areas that should be updated to current practices in the industry and could end up being a liability to the company."
