"The job description was nothing like the actual duties that were required for my position."

"To clearly explain what the positions entail, in-depth, before offering the opportunity for employment."

"Allowed me to gain good team work skills as well as capital project exposure."

"96 hours a week plus calls all night long. Beating and verbal abuse every 2 hours all day long."

"To use convicts. They don't have a choice in how they are treated."

"I loved working on tires and using the tools, it kind of gave a feeling that I was a big time auto technician."

"Always wear working gloves or you'll end up with broken fingers."

"The pay is very low for the general service technicians."

"Keep up to good work and increase for tire techs."
