"Goodwill does amazing things for the community. As with any company there are better executives than other, better employees than others. But most everyone there has a heart for what they do. I worked for the Goodwill of Middle TN. They definitely had a heart for their community. Matt Glostner is a higher up in the company and has the biggest heart out of anyone I have ever worked with."

"Watch out for any reorganizing going on or coming up."

What don't you like about working at Goodwill?

"Funds prevented IT advancements in field. Always 2 steps behind market. Used punch cards into the mid to late 1990's. Restructuring to reduce income bad idea."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest into more IT infrastructure for better support."
