"The daily commute of 2 hours took a burden as gas prices rose in the past 2 years"

"The recent workforce reduction in my opinion was not required as company was making good bottom line."

"I do not like the nosy environment = 97 dBa @ 100 Hz 80% of the time. Very poor EHS mitigation's."

"Use a more methodical approach to EHS by benchmarking best in class before final decisions are made."

"The ability to learn a new trade. The benefits the company gives and the salary isn't bad."

"Always be true and straight up. Don't try to say more than what you have really done in your life."

"In just a few words I would say that the company adheres to the good 'ole boy syndrome. In other words, if you are related, have gone to the same church for years, of you are a distant cousin, you're getting in or moving up in this company."

"The interview process is typical of any large aerospace company now days. Telephone interviews, possibly followed by 3/4 hrs of face-to-face interviews by team members and perhaps a psychological test."

"As stated Goodrich is really a great place to work I have nothing negative to say about the company."

"Goodrich management is on the cutting edge of the aerospace industry, most of the management team are visionary in thought process and implementation."

"Well organized fallowing kaizen lean manufacturing, less re-work parts, no scraps."

"More organizations to reduce set up and run time, and reorganized process flow in production."

"Team work and co-workers support each other 90%. Company is well clean and organized."

"don't bother with ISR. You'll get nowhere unless you're related to someone there"

"Management is killing the golden goose. Their nepotism in hiring and promotion is sickening. Older workers are treated badly. No support for ongoing education learning. Its where careers come to die"

"Dump the EE manager, the Quality director, most project managers and the HR feminazis"

"No appreciation for work done. Poor leadership and team communication. Poor technical support; inadequate tools to perform job efficiently"
