"Not a lot of collaboration between offices. Chicago tends to keep all the business to themselves. Takes management awhile to weed out bad performers which dampens morale. Needs more global accounts."

"Break down some of th P&L silos so there would be more cross collaboration between offices. A few global wins would provide greater opportunities for career advancement. Senior management can be clique-ish at times."
