"At the time that I started, it was a little bit after September 11. The city was not right at the moment. The stress level was high, fear factor was evident all over the city. People were remorseful over all the happenings."

"I attained this job when I was in school so it was somewhat difficult balancing a full load of work and school at the same time. My day would begin at 6 AM and it wouldn't end until 1 AM the next day."
