"As long as you get your work done they are fine as to how you get your work done. They are a global corporation with offices around the world. The managers want you to succeed and want you to go up the corporate ladder. There is nothing that keeps you from going up in the corporate echelon. They gave you the opportunity to take on more projects and to challenge yourself as well."
