"It is a family owned and kind of a good old boy environment. After my departure Brian Hogue apologized for parting way because he didn't know what I was experienceing."

"I would say when things happen that doesn't look or feel fair to just roll with it because there will be a lot from a management perspective. I was also the only black in management and it wasn't a fair environment."

"Don't - They have removed the top sales performers. In the last thirteen years they have hired and fired over 224 sales representative. I was the longest running sales representative that Golden State Overnight had for the entire company. I joined the company ten years ago."

"Owners did not beleave that maintaining a strong sales force to move the company forward. Sales division lacked adequate support."
