"They need a better structure and need to put someone with a solid IT background in charge of IT. IT Department reports to CEO of the company, not CFO. If the CEO has no knowledge of IT he needs to hire someone that does. You don't put a social media guy in charge of IT as a technology manager. There is a lack of structure and when they advertise the job they don't post accurate information. Better Business Bureau need to look into this, otherwise this will keep happening. I will not recommend this company to anyone that works in IT."
