"many different opportunities. GM is a large company and there are lots of different types of jobs. If you want to change, there is some place for you."

"Don't take the job descriptions at face value. GM has good jobs available but you will have to dig a little to understand the actual job."

What don't you like about working at GM Powertrain?

"The company is still top heavy. There is no real way to comunicate new ideas up the chains of command."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management expends of lot of effort on communications. Bu a lot of it is obvious trivia of fill material. Don't talk until you have something to say."
