"The management was oustanding. They did not hover over you consistantly."

"Dont be disencouraged by the size of the company. Most people think with a company of this size would be easy to move up, but if your ok with staying in a neautral position, its ok."
What don't you like about working at Glytec?
"no room to grow in the company at all. the manager there had been there for 5 yrs and the manager above him had been there for 10 yrs. it would be lifetime before I would have even went up to the next level."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, they had it down. Mark was a great boss, and knew my strengths and weaknesses. He gave me work that he knew I could do with no problems. He really knew his team well."
