"I’ve been working for GlobalFoundries for a little over 2 years. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and there are some very talented and friendly engineers working here. However, most of the management is not very good at what they do. A lot of times they hinder good work and progress and overall make poor decisions."

"Horrible. I was a CS intern with no other CS majors nor even programmers to consult for my work. My manager had very little programming experience and I did not even have documentation to refer to for my primary assignment. My manager gave me vague specifications of a one man assignment for a server-hosted collaboration engine similar to that of Google docs, and was absolutely vacant from me for weeks at a time. Her desk was literally in front of mine, yet I was left to figure out both the assignment, and how to complete it all on my own."

"I do not like the culture. I believe the executives are not helping in rally the company together and work as a team."
