"ASk a lot of questions. Interview other direct reports your this manager and understand the road map of the company moving forward."

"We are entering a Joint Venture and my future with the company is unclear at this time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be decisive and establish working objectives as soon as possible. Not having a clear roadmap for the near future is detrimental."
