"you will like your co-workers but be prepared for the long hours and micromanagement"

"senior management is terrible, micromanagers, too many meetings and unnecessary rules, like you have to get five people to sign off on your vacation request, understaffed so ridiculous long hours are the norm, no useful training, get yelled at by senior management on a regular basis, their answer to everything is that it's your fault for not managing your time better even if it would be impossible to do what you have to do in the time you have, clients are always unhappy"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop with the constant meetings! make the training better and actually pertain to what we do, improve the helpdesk situation, HIRE MORE PEOPLE WE ARE DYING HERE"

"If you are desperate enough to accept a position with them, be sure to save & print everything they tell you. You will need it."

"The fact that there are no rules in place governing account ownership, that management is deathly afraid to make waves with other departments supporting sales, the excessive level of micro management, and worst of all, they are not above lying to labor investigators or unemplyment arbitrators.In addition, they will sell gray market equipment to your most valuable clients without hesitation."

"Worst work environment I have seen. Management encourage group isms, openly show favoritism, caste ism, communism, nepotism and reward people whose claim to fame is willing to work late hours.Its absolutely horrible workplace for anyone to work. I am surprised how it remained this long without any audits and sexual harassment cases, as some people there should grow up and display professional behavior at least in office.Absolutely don't recommend it as a work place."

"Gave up on management. No hope for them."
