"Some of the workers were thieves, liars and cry babies that if it weren't for Mr. Glanz putting up with them, they wouldn't have a job anywhere else. Unfortunately Mr. Glanz was practically held hostage to these workers because of their specific knowledge to certain clients, software programs, or just years of service."
