"Understand that this is a family run company and decisions are made from that stand point and with minimal input from individuals outside of the family core unit."

What don't you like about working at Glanz Technologies?

"Some of the workers were thieves, liars and cry babies that if it weren't for Mr. Glanz putting up with them, they wouldn't have a job anywhere else. Unfortunately Mr. Glanz was practically held hostage to these workers because of their specific knowledge to certain clients, software programs, or just years of service."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Actively and constantly recruit for other employees with better work ethics and professionalism."
