"I liked working there everyday. There was nothing I did not like about being at Katharine Gibbs School."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a resource, subordinates, along with being patient, and fair with your rules, regulations, policies and procecudres for your subordinates. With those methods, I believe that those are only a few things that make a great manager and produce long-term loyalty with your subordinates."
