"I graduated from Katharine Gibbs School, and it allowed me to expand my skills and participate in activities related to my major, which was Multimedia Arts. The staff were great, and so were the students."

"Yes. They should be confident, and ready to learn new things and expand their skills."
What don't you like about working at Gibbs College?
"I liked working there everyday. There was nothing I did not like about being at Katharine Gibbs School."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a resource, subordinates, along with being patient, and fair with your rules, regulations, policies and procecudres for your subordinates. With those methods, I believe that those are only a few things that make a great manager and produce long-term loyalty with your subordinates."
