"Employees expected to work at least 50 hours a week and through their lunch. You're frowned upon if you leave on time or take a lunch away from your desk. Little room for advancement. Learn to like being a replaceable cog. No raises for all 6 years I was there."

"Just because YOU choose not to have a life outside work, don't expect ME to follow suit. Trying PAYING people fairly for the amount of work they do."

"Don't be naive. This company is not the place to work for in this economy. Be aware of who your manager and their management team is... Are you a politician or a seller?"

"Senior management had no concept of reality of the market, job, etc. You were noticed if you followed and not if you were inventive and a leader."

"Poor management, they micro manage everything right down to what you are doing in five minute increments. Poor hours, rotating shift working 12 hours every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday."

"I like the team that I lead and work with in Maintenance. There have been several improvements noticed since I have been there."

"If you are single and have no family or social life, this job is for you."

"Since there is so much to do, and like a lot of companies, GP has not hired for several positions that are needed. That load falls on those who are still employed at GP, and although I am salary, I work many 12-16 hour days, all through weekends without days off."

"Consider filling key positions, instead of having 1 position fill in for 4 positions."
