"Great company with great people. I enjoyed my 12 years there."
"Excellent Performance. Motivated Associate."
"I worked for Genworth for over 28 years and for the most part I found it fulfilling. Unfortunately the better part of the time was prior to the Genworth buyout as I was let go from a fairly new position due to performance while I was going thru a difficult divorce and not given the option of another position or leave of absence. The sense of balance of work/life has been lost by current management."
"MI was not a bad place to work. If there exists any issue it was the result of the way Genworth was cobbled together. This result in unneeded rivalries and animosity between the different divisions."
"I have been a full-time employee for Genworth for approximately 2 years. They are a good company with a strong financial base with a conservative bent on expenditures. I have learned a lot of technical expertise in my tenure with the company, especially the production side of the design workflow process. In the past 6 months I have taken on extracurricular design projects inside the company, expanding outside of my job description of working on financial documents."
