"I love developing people to be their best. I also enjoy the challenges involved with finding the proper solutions to problems that I see coming down the road, and taking an immediate course correction. There is nothing I really hate about being GM. There are some frustrating moments, but that's true with everything. The trick is, to turn it into a positive, and make it into a gain."

"When I first started there, I was looking forward to helping the company grow to become a regional power home and commercial builder. I quickly learned the it was all a lie and the owners were scaming the WBE when infact it was not lead by a female."

"Don't work there! tThey will promise you everything and deleiver nothing. Get it all in writing and keep records of every conversation and communication."

What don't you like about working at Ideal Homes?

"That I never got paid for the work that I did there. They still owe me for 7 weeks of salary"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest! Don't lie to employees and the fFederal Government and the State of WI about your status for WBE status."
