"The owner will do anything to take advantage of the contractors (employee's) and client to make money. Borderline illegal at times"

"a win-win for employees/contractors, they are the ones out in the feild making the profit and they need to be able to make a living as well. They keep you in business"

"Discrimination, very low salaries. If you are short handed Panda express doesn't give you days off and never send help. We use to work 6 month without days off.The owner of the company only care about the profits and couldn't care less about employee retention and happiness."
