"Very unorganized. Managers are no more than people young and promoted off the line. Management skills are very poor. Their scheduling was not very good. Turnover was extremely high, which made it hard to get a good crew. Poorly managed, lots of nepotism and hard to fit in with the local cliques who all work in same department."
"Great company to work for. Everyone is friendly and has a team attitude. However, I do wish we had a better work environment and better tools to do our job."
