"Old world, 20th century, egocentric culture. inability to embrace current technologies and methodologies to streamline workflow and quality. A 30 year -old model of compliance within the specific department. If it isn't broke, don't fix it mentality."

"IMy issues are with the department I am embedded within. There is a total lack of embracing current technologies and a lack of improvement of best practices and methodologies."
