"No dedicated sick leave, only general leave (and holiday leave). Also, this year, no PPO/HMO option, only HSA's."

"Bureaucracy of working for a publicly traded government contractor can feel counter-productive to customer service. Additionally, requirements for small business contracts make GDIT less competitive in the current economic climate, especially in the Dayton region."

"Let your employees work with autonomy as much as possible, but continue to check in on them regularly before administrative issues become larger problems."
