"I would say to stay devoted to your goal and to make sure that you are in fact able to work in a team environment"

"Because we were working on a website, sometimes our connection would go out, and we didnt have much to do the entire day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not to hire as many people. Our shift alone at 35 people working on the same thing."

"Sadly, I was sad to see them lay off 600 great employees."

"I would've like to see more options to grow within the company and knowledge on how from the management team."
