What do you like about working at Colorado Game Coders?

"We did a business plan this summer though and actually hope to have all the benefits for everyone, as well as competitive salaries and bonuses in a couple years. I expect to be a company of about six employees by our end-of-2012 milestone."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have a sense of humor, a desire to create quality games, strong skills or desire to learn."

What don't you like about working at Colorado Game Coders?

"No funding at present. Seriously, this is great work. I've gotten to wear a lot of different hats, but it is all sweat-equity at this point. I have expectations that with some new folks coming on board, this will change soon and we will be very profitable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find some investors! Seriously. The talent is here, the game ideas (which are great!) will be implemented and the infrastructure is in place. Let's go!"

"It's large and there is less chance to influence change than I would like."

"Be aware of what you are actually making, a book publisher isn't actually in the business of publishing books, they are in the business of sharing knowledge."

"iPhone, iPad and iPod platform make people happy wherever they need to have entertainment. As a game developer, I am enjoying to serve people via iPhone, iPad and iPod games. I like to work with these because they are bringing features and challenges."

What don't you like about working at Apple?

"When I am working with iPhone and iPod, I always focus on my job and sometimes I forget my break."

What do you like about working at Gameloft?

"Is a very dynamic job, you need to interact with other developers although projects are managed on your own, is a dynamic company as well, there's continuous improvement in the way things are done."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be Creative, they happen to notice those details."

What don't you like about working at Gameloft?

"There has not been opened lots of opportunities to grow inside the company, some positions open exclusively to new candidates instead of grant opportunity to actual hard workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There should be an easier way to move trough different game studios, instead of having to apply as if it was the first time in the company."

"Some of the project work I was assigned was a little out of my depth."

"Match projects with skill sets better."

"Pay employees as a game development company should. Improve on growth opportunities."
