"The people are great to work with. The work atmosphere is great. Autonomy in coding decision and best practices. Nobody is on your back as long as you get the work done correctly. NO cubicles."

"Be prepared to discuss object oriented programming and design patterns. Also be able to answers fundamental programming questions."

"The work that I was responsible for are often times very repetitive and unchallenged."

"Build a new software platform so the employees can have a chance to work with more current technologies."

"Very relaxed, informal, and flexible. We had lots of leeway to solve problems in whatever way worked best for us."

"Know C++ before you go in. Don't think that C# experience and a college course from years ago will cut it."

What don't you like about working at Centurion Games?

"There was pretty much no collaboration or team involvement. And I inherited a lot of sloppy procedural-style code written mainly in Portuguese."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upgrade to a newer version of Qt. Shift to higher level languages everywhere possible."
