"I worked for ODOT for a short time until Galt Foundation put someone in charge that had no IT background or management skills. I was pretty much micro-managed right out of the job. Galt Foundation is a great place to work for, just had a wrong choice of who to put in charge of the project.As far as the next question, would I recommend the company CEO If they are talking about Galt Foundation then yes, but if they are talking about ODOT then I would say no."
