I would recommend consolidation of R&D to one location despite losses. Having popularity swing from one place to the other based on management announcements as to which place will remain the corporate R&D center prompts me to make my own decision.

3.5 Worked as a consultant for the company for nearly 10 years. Very nice people to work with. Location is comfortable and not in a very high trafficked area. Like any other corporate environment there is always politics involved with certain departments. If you wish to work here make sure to get to know everyone quick and not take your time to get noticed either.

2.3 I found out shortly after starting at this company that this plant changes management about like a shirt, often. They are not interested in the growth of their employees or remaining compliant with company, city, county, or state mandates for how to behave during the pandemic. Even when you bring potential solutions to the problems you are reporting, you still get blamed for the problem's existence, even if it existed before you did.
