"I've worked for G4S for about 6 months and have grown and gained management experience within that company quickly. I continue to learn every day. My direct supervisor is great to talk to and is very approachable. When there is a problem I can go to him with any of my concerns. My workers are great listeners and adapt well to any changes or constructive criticism I may have. The job site itself is a great working environment and I am able to manage my staff well there."
