"Run away, run away fast and far and don't look back. You'll thank yourself."
What don't you like about working at Futurestep?
"Management lack vision and integrity. They don't know the business they are in and will promise anything to clients to get the dollars. As a result, many clients are angry with the delivered work product, no matter how good it is."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn your business. Get your own salesforce. Stop taking clients who have been rejected by every other RPO company. This will decrease the number of failed projects."

"Ask about blockage-off limits, preferred relationships, specialty field crowding, functional leadership expectations. Find out who is responsible for mentoring and onboarding and get confirmation that additional professionals in your space are percieved as neccessary-get a list of current clients in your industry and make sure you have access to those where you already have any relationships, up front and in writing."
