"At the risk of sounding sour grapes with a negative review, it started off better than I could have imagined. It took a few months to learn personalities and what was really expected. When your manager does not support you, do not expect anyone else to help. You are on your own. Layoffs are regularly in the spring. I saw it happen more than a couple of times. You will be well paid, but personal treatment can be really bad. Saw that too."

"Company represents itself with great persona and it can't live up to its name. No truth and validity to its statement."

What do you like about working at Fuscoe Engineering?

"Fuscoe represents a wonderful image in the media but actuality, it proves otherwise. It also states that Fuscoe is the 100 best small company to work for, but it's far from the truth. It has lots of hype but no substance behind it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interviewers will fudge the truth and claim how great the company/position is during the interview. Don't fall for their positive perspectives and appearance."

What don't you like about working at Fuscoe Engineering?

"Management is run by non-technical and no managerial experience people. Managers are driven by greed, money, power, and they're willing to step on people to get to the top. They are very indigenuous people. Several layoffs were taken place and employees were given same day notice. High employee turnover, extremely low employee morale, and lack of communication are other issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need change in management, have a better work environment, employees need to be rewarded for their hard work, hire the right people who have the necessary skillset to do their work correctly."

"Use your talent/knowledge to work for another company. There are other companies out there that provide better compensation, benefits, and working environment with potential for growth."

What don't you like about working at Fuscoe Engineering?

"Lots of politics, hard work is not being awarded but smooching will make your life better here, no upward mobility, management does not have the skillset to run the business/company, no training, high employee turnover, low morale, unprofessional environment, no reward system, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to value and appreciate employees for their hard work. Management needs to have the necessary acquired skills to run the company and keep talented employees."
